Our rose is sourced from Bulgaria's legendary Rose Valley, the most celebrated rose-growing region in the world, where climate, soil, and altitude produce Rosa damascena of unrivaled aromatic complexity. We work directly with partner farms, giving us full traceability from flower to bottle and consistent quality in every batch. Rosa damascena petals are handpicked daily at the height of the season, harvested in the early morning before the heat begins to dissipate their volatile aromatics, then steam distilled immediately to capture the purest expression of the flower. The result is an intoxicating floral aroma balanced by a subtle citrusy brightness and a delicate hint of spice, a complexity that sets Rosa damascena apart from every other rose variety. It performs across an exceptional range of traditions: Turkish delight, baklava, and rosewater-scented rice pudding; gulab jamun, rose lassi, and Indian festive sweets; French macarons, creme brulee, and floral buttercreams; and traditional Bulgarian rose jam. At production scale it replaces both commercial rosewater and rose syrup, with no added sugar. For rosewater, combine 1 part extract with 5 to 6 parts water. For rose syrup, dissolve sweetener in hot water and add 8 to 10 drops per cup. What we leave out matters. Made without artificial flavors or enhancers, synthetic colors, WONF, BHT, sodium benzoate, propylene glycol, added sugar, preservatives, or thickeners. Just Kosher PAREVE, non-GMO, vegan, and gluten-, made with organic ingredients. Packaged in a 1 gallon, 128 fluid ounce container for foodservice and manufacturing use.
