Valencia Pro is crafted from hard anodized aluminum for maximum strength and scratch resistance while the Magneto™ base delivers performance on any stovetop. The Thermolon™ Advanced ceramic nonstick coating is of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium. It won’t release toxic fumes when overheated and creates 60% less CO2 than traditional nonstick during the curing phase.
