The Avocado Green Extra Firm Mattress supports up to 550 lbs per person, or 1,100 lbs total — our highest-capacity mattress and the only heavy-duty mattress organic to GOTS. Two full coil units, not one: 1,600 individually wrapped coils in Queen and up to 2,112 in King, all 14-gauge double-tempered recycled steel, separated by a coconut fiber pad infused with organic latex. Uniform heavy gauge throughout both units means the perimeter is as firm as the center — no soft edges, no sinkage. Built for heavy sleepers, big and tall sleepers, athletes, and back and stomach sleepers who need spinal alignment under load.
