Rooibos (Aspalathus linearis) grows only in one place on Earth - the Cederberg mountains of South Africa's Western Cape. It's been brewed as a daily beverage by the Khoisan people for centuries, and is naturally caffeine- with a soft, honeyed, vanilla-like sweetness all its own. We layer it with natural vanilla flavor to amplify that built-in dessert character. The cup brews into a deep amber infusion with vanilla on the nose, smooth honeyed rooibos through the palate, and a soft earthy finish.
